100 = total Hate/Fear of a party hack gang.
How many 50 ratings ???
I think one way to reflect the popular will is to have voters in each state vote like they do in Switzerland.
If a state has 3 electoral votes, each voter should be able to have 3 votes. They can give them to the same party, two parties or three parties, as well as one, two or three candidates.
I think a system like this would be great for the U.S.
