New Mexico Bill to Authorize Straight-Party Device on Ballots

New Mexico State Senator Michael Sanchez (D-Belen) has introduced SB 218, which says that general election ballots should include straight-ticket devices. New Mexico policy for many decades has been to include straight-ticket devices on general election ballots, yet oddly there is nothing in the election code authorizing them.

In the last two general elections, the Secretary of State put straight-ticket devices on the ballot only for the Democratic and Republican Parties, even though other parties were on the ballot. Minor parties were on the ballot in all parts of the state in 2008, but only in various parts of the state in 2010. Thanks to Rick Lass for this news.

  1. For anarchists – A lever that generates random votes.

For computer programmers – A lever that generates alternate (binary) votes by parties.

For voters with Alzheimers – A lever registers no votes. (Diebold is all over this one).

For DemoRep – A lever that prints the words “NEW AGE MORON” on the ballot (with CAPS, of course).

For anyone – what’s so frigging difficult about voting, anyway? Using a credit card to fill up the car with gasoline is more complicated and more time-consuming.

  2. How many LAWLESS anarchists in the NM regime ???

    — with the result that BAN has to write —

*nothing in the election code authorizing them.*

How about NONSTOP indictments of the robot party hack SUPER-MORONS in the rotted to the core State regimes ???

    For non-morons –

    Electors-registration
Ballot access – candidates and questions
    Make ballots
    Vote ballots
    Count ballots
    Declare results

Way too difficult for armies of New Age MORONS – i.e. bureaucrats, lawyers, and esp. SCOTUS — who have gone INSANE since the 1960s and mystified / corrupted the entire election process.

i.e. the U.S.A. is living in a political insane asylum with the lunatic inmates in control of the regime.

Very slight hope that SCOTUS will issue MANY more Bush v. Gore type HAMMER opinions on the MORONS in the State regimes.
