  1. The report on NPR on Friday May 4 seemed a touch condescending, but the part abt a political party in search of participants and a candidate really rings true to me. I’ve seen mention that AE will have some important announcement on May 15, and they have continued the first round of their caucus system, but it seems time they got the show on the road? Or will they wait until September to spring the candidates?

  2. I am confident that Americans Elect will be on 45+ ballot lines. They also have a lot of money to run ads. Their problem is the nomination process. Their online convention might end up in them choosing a joke candidate.

  3. @2 A joke candidate for a joke political patry might appeal to some people. However Ackerman has spent a lot of money with a firm known for compromising peoples private data in the course of the signature process.
Bastardizing the election process is bad enough, but I am concerned that Ackerman wants the data for other purposes.
