  1. Several valid points and, by the conclusion, inspiring. Hoping that his drive towards reform includes ballot access at all levels of office, not just the Presidency. Overall, definitely worth the read. Thank you, Mr. Orman!

  2. Top 2 Open Primary addresses many of these problems.

For example, Under Top 2, all candidates have the same ballot access requirements.

The reason that the national media obsessed with who Orman would caucus with was the cynical nature of the withdrawal of the Democratic nominee.

  3. If Kansas had had a top two system, Greg Orman could not have even been on the November ballot in 2014 for US Senate. He was in third place in the polls at the time of the Kansas 2014 primary.

  4. Both the Democrats and Republicans had contested primaries. There were polls before the primary showing the results if one of the four Republicans, and one of the two Democrats, the Libertarian, and Orman were on an open primary ballot.

But none indicated what would have happened with all 8 candidates on the ballot.

  5. begin thinking about a special election law campaign financing trust setup to organize the CINC POTUS election cycles now and going forward underwriting the entire NBCP candidate vetting, nominating, electing and ultimately governing the constitutional republic of the United States and most of all monitoring and defending against the systemic treason vs the U.S. and the various state constitutions.

  6. We know the voters for the most part don’t look at candidates and issues until the fall elections. The Top Two is simply designed to keep the power base intact.
