South Dakota Ballot Access Bill Passes House

On January 30, the South Dakota passed HB 1012 unanimously. It says a party only needs to pass the vote test every four years. Current law requires it to pass the vote test every two years.

  1. Just stop rationing the artificial scarcity of ballot space. The names of candidates and parties written-in by voters get counted and no quotas needed.

  2. Any of the SD govt HACKS, legislative – executive – judicial, able to read the *equal* in 14 Amdt, Sec 1 ???

    Every election is NEW.
    EQUAL ballot access tests – nominating petitions / filing fees.
