The Pennsylvania legislature has adjourned. See this story. Even though nine Pennsylvania ballot access laws have been declared unconstitutional over the last 34 years, the legislature has never amended any of them, and the 2018 session was no different than past sessions.

Approximately 100 election law bills were introduced during 2017-2018, but the only one that passed was a resolution declaring September 26 to be “Voter Registration Day.”
