Connecticut Supreme Court Will Decide Outcome of Contested Legislative Race — 3 Comments

  1. At least SOME separation of powers in CT —

1 of 13/14 original States — VT — special case.

  2. Census stats = instantly obsolete

    — but used in gerrymanders

esp splitting of smaller govts with vague boundaries = ballot errors.

PR – larger districts – clear boundaries.
