It looks like Massachusetts will be electing the Electors under pure proportional representation (PPR) in the future.
The United Coalition USA will be electing the PPR Electoral College on Earth Day 2020.
Our vote counters are already negotiating with the USA Humanitarian and One Party to bring the PPR Electoral College to the Green and Libertarian Party national conventions in 2020.
