  1. The United Coalition USA is working to unite the whole of LA City Council with one at-large election district.

To that end, we are interested in developing a 15-member at-large city-wide team, for all parties and independents, similar to a “shadow city-council” elected under pure proportional representation (PPR):

  2. NY – Once a Donkey robot — always a Donkey robot ???

    JO —

how about a CA PR State Const Amdt ???

    BASIC PR –

Party Members = Total Members x Party Votes / Total Votes

  3. DR, our team would whole-heartedly support a State Constitutional Amendment for PPR and as a POTUS candidate I can bring it before the voters, if some preliminary work was prepared by 12/31/2019.

We’re bringing the “top 26” items in 2020 to the Unity Platform USA and we already have several good items including “Eliminate income taxes for all US citizens and repeal the 16th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution” and “Uniform definition of Elector in ALL of the USA”.

  4. Due to the SCOTUS math MORONS —

only a VERY SIMPLE / BASIC PR METHOD HAS A CHANCE CURRENTLY.

ADVANCED PR METHODS CAN HAPPEN A BIT LATER – IE CONDORCET.
