Oregon National Popular Vote Plan Advances

On May 29, the Oregon House Rules Committee passed SB 870, the National Popular Vote Plan bill. The vote was 4-3. The bill has already passed the State Senate.

  1. Electing President by ranked choice voting (RCV) and popular vote as advocated by Howie Hawkins [Green] for US President will bring the one-party system because the one biggest voting block is guaranteed to win 100% of the time under RCV with no exceptiins.

    Electing President and Vice President under the current plurality voting system, will bring the two-party system.

    The United Coalition USA has been bringing the correct math for pure proportional representation, the 539-party system, to the USA.

    It is a unifying psychological phenomena brought both on paper ballots and for fun on the internet since 1992 in Santa Cruz city council election, and our team was copied and snuffed our by Google’s founder Sergey Brin in October of 1997.

    Despite the censorship by Google our team is still alive and we welcome all interested parties and persons to bring your students who wish to learn the correct math for pure proportional representation to the team, the United Coalition USA.

  3. DR, fortunately POTUS and VP is one national at-large two-member district under the US Constitution, where all Electors may vote for both names simultaneously, so long as at least one of the two names is not from the Electors’ own state.

    We simply list the State by every nominee to make sure each Elector complied under the US Constitution.
