NV was 1 of 11 marginal Prez States in 2016 — T-C/C-T pcts under +/- 5 pct — Clinton by 2.4 pct.
Nevada is a swing state, and the NPV makes no sense for a swing state. In fact, it is arguably contrary to the interests of a swing state. Seems that the Nevada governor realized this. I have to wonder why this didn’t occur to the Colorado governor (Colorado also being a swing state).
Definitely a smart move by the Nevada governor. It goes to show you that not all Democrats have lost their common sense.
