  1. How many USELESS Con Law so-called lawyers in the USA ???

    — esp about 14-1 EQUAL ballot access.

see Const Annotated — VOID for Vagueness.

  2. Mike

Im curious too. If it is based on which candidates are ‘advocated’ by the press.

  3. Mich –

Under state law, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson was required to issue a list of individuals “generally advocated by the national news media to be potential presidential candidates” for their parties’ nominations.

MI 4 UNCON void for vagueness words – CA mere 1 UNCON void for vagueness word — *recognized*

    generally
    advocated
    national
    potential

How much uproar if such ballot access *test* was used for ALL offices in ALL election Areas ???
