This has the potential to be a worse disaster than the Iowatanic. Early voters will be attributed back to their home precincts. The in-person voters will move into preference groups, then the early voters will be added to the group counts.
Viable groups will be determined, and then the in-person voters will realign. Then the early voters will be realigned.
In Iowa, it was suggested that the caucus chairs bring a quarter for settling coin flips. In Nevada, the party is supplying an unopened deck of cards to each caucus.
