Spectrum News Carries Article About Howie Hawkins — 2 Comments

  1. Not so fast.
Howie hasn’t won the nomination yet. There is still a vote in the online convention.
I have registered and donated to the Solidarity Fund. I sent an email to the PNC nominating committee such that I be given a chance to address the delegates. FIRST.
Delegates-All I am asking, is Give PLAS a Chance.
I will ask the delegates to adopt PLAS as the National Strategy for 2020.
All presidential candidates for the GP nomination MUST declare support for the PLAS Strategy AND a fusion ticket.
A fusion ticket is a Green presidential candidate, preferably male, and a libertarian vp candidate, preferably female.
There is already an ideal vp libertarian candidate female, Jo Jorgensen, the LP presidential nominee.
If Jo, unfortunately, refuses, there are MANY others possible. It may take some time and research, but is necessary.
Howie would of course have to rescind his preference for Angela Walker.
CLEARLY, Hawkins/Walker is NOT a fusion ticket.
If Hawkins refuses to declare support for PLAS and rescind his preference for Walker, the delegates should REFUSE to vote for his nomination.
That would leave the rest of the field. Also I would suggest myself, Darcy Richardson and/or Kevin Zeese.
If the party hierarchy is corrupt, we must rely on the delegates.
If the delegates are corrupt, then the convention is an exercise in futility.

  2. As I have written before, I was skeptical of Hawkins from the beginning of this cycle. Along with Vermin Supreme.
Both came out of the gate strong, like maybe the powers that be had a game plan.
The funny thing is, I don’t think a game plan against the third parties and independents is even necessary, what with the strength of Duverger’s Law.
Nevertheless, game on for 2020 as reflected in Independent Political Report. paulie was pushing-strongly, hobo/clown candidate Vermin Supreme. This was OBVIOUSLY a push to get the coveted full ballot access LP nomination
in order to make sure it loses AND- keep it from someone who just might win, a PLAS candidate/ticket.
Meanwhile the GP candidate Hawkins was getting a LOT of posts by Kevin Zeese campaign manager for Hawkins in IPR.
It was like a party express juggernaut which even got complaints from candidate Ian Schakman. The fix was in for Hawkins, a guaranteed loser but with a lot of party cred, again, to keep the nomination away from a possible winner.
Meanwhile my candidacy was getting an ever tightening suppression campaign likr a boa constrictor. But I had put out there my pick for second, Darcy Richardson. But soon Darcy was getting involved in guaranteed loser new Alliance party as vp for Rocky and his financial largess.
So Bob Milnes remains a schmuck and the powers that be continue their vice grip on power through 2020.
