Joe Biden Was Listed First on the Ballot of Seventeen States; Trump in Fifteen

Every state has its own law on the order of candidates on general election ballots. In November 2020, Joe Biden was listed first in seventeen states; President Trump was listed first in fifteen states. Howie Hawkins was listed first in two states, New Mexico and South Carolina. Jo Jorgensen was listed first in the District of Columbia. Brock Pierce was listed first in Utah.

Biden benefited in some states because Biden’s surname is near the top of the alphabet.

In another thirteen states, names are rotated (although in Illinois and Iowa, it is only the nominees of the qualified parties that are rotated, and others are placed beneath them). In Arkansas and New Jersey, each county decides ballot order for itself, although in New Jersey the major parties are always listed first.

The December 1, 2020 print edition of Ballot Access News will have a chart showing the order of presidential candidates in each state.

  1. Ohio has a fairly good system of rotating the names in every precinct. Except for absentee ballots which are always alphabetical.

  2. Modern technology can make it possible for voters to print their own ballots. Just give all candidates a coded number which the voter will indicate on his or her ballot printed in any order the voter wants.

Today our first nominee for International Parliament (IP) “K”, has been approved by United Coalition USA volunteer vote counters of Black Panther Party and One Party.

K comes from India and will be contacted by our team about their nomination for IP Electoral College and APS-IB BoDs.

More to come on 1/1/2021 when our team will make schedule announcements about our progress and the precedents being set on the democratic frontier of pure proportional representation (PPR).

  4. The United Coalition USA would like to join with others in legal action to be taken against California Secretary of State regarding Electoral College names requirement of notarization of each name.

Each of our 538-member PPR Electoral College names with State and contact information was submitted by our team to qualify as certified write-in but we were denied because the names weren’t norarized.

We contend that under US Constitution, perhaps notarization should come once Electors cast their vote should their nominee be elected.

Meanwhile our team is still vying for Elector votes and Honorable United Coalition USA President Demetra Wysinger [Wxyz New Day] insists she is still a candidate in the running for VP by Electors under the US Constitution.

Please contact her directly for more information that the press might want to hear.

    Respectfully,
    J.

  5. …for voting. TRUMP the immortal for all eternity, all deniers and doubters to hell for eternity too.

  6. There is no GOOD reason to list the names of parties or candidates on the ballot in any order. The voters should be free to write-in the name of the candidate or party nominating a candidate for each office in an election. Configuring ballots is manipulative and used to entrench the parties and candidates who write elections laws – Democrats and Republicans. This ballot censorship is the direct result of the state monopolization of ballot printing since 1888. Any ballot printed by the state for voters must be totally content-neutral, that is, list offices only with space for the voter to name their preferred candidate in every instance.

  7. Putting Exec offices at top OF BALLOTS only increases KILLER monarch-tyrant politics –

    SINCE 1776/1789.
