Alaska Special Congressional Primary Will be June 11

On March 22, the Alaska government determined that the special primary to fill the vacant U.S. House seat will be on June 11, a Saturday. The election will be an all-postal ballot election, except that there will be vote centers for people who don’t wish to vote by mail.

Candidates must file by April 1.

  17. Because the vast majority of Persons of Color in the United States prefer that instead of Colored Person. However in South Africa Colored Person is widely used for mixed race people. What is or isn’t acceptable depends on where you live.

    I would only vote for a Conservative Woman over a Leftist Male if the Conservative Woman was a Person of Color and the Leftist Male was White. I do not discriminate according to gender, religion, sexual orientation, or age. I only discriminate according to race.

  105. Reality: In answering the question how will I know if someone is Black if I don’t do research, I said I would know by seeing their pictures on television or in print media. People who are Anglo-Saxon, Celtic, Germanic, or Nordic are easily recognizable by sight and often the media or the candidates themselves state their ethnic origins.

    From time to time I will not be consistent, but this time isn’t one of them.
