Does the story cover the ruling from the Supreme Court of Wisconsin that drop boxes were unconstitutional and illegally instituted and therefore those votes were fraudulent and so Wisconsin is the first confirmed state stolen from Trump?

The Wisconsin Supreme Court did not say drop boxes are unconstitutional. It just said they aren’t authored by the election law. The legislature is free to authorize them if it wishes.
The election was already rigged and not free and fair long before November 2020 due to the ruling Democratic and Republican Parties using their control of government institutions to deny or attempt to deny ballot access and debate inclusion to opposition parties.
