Tennessee Supreme Court Hears Ex-Felon Disenfranchisement Case

On October 5, the Tennessee Supreme Court held oral argument in Ernest Falls v Mark Goins. The issue is whether the plaintiff, who was convicted of a felony in Virginia in the past, but who had his voting rights in Virginia restored by the Virginia Governor, can register to vote in his new state of residence, Tennessee.   1. Bay> have you never been wrong? made a bad decision? Wrong choice,maybe? OF COURSE YOU HAVE; you are not perfect! You need to remove yourself from that cross you’ve nailed yourself to; someone else needs the wood.

  2. Wrong decision and felony are two different things, I have made wrong decisions but I don’t think this is one. I agree with Bay.

  3. How many folks killed in death penalty regimes by intentional / unintentional false evidence – esp planted evidence by cops/prosectors ???
