Marijuana is a deadly and evil drug. Far from being legal, the penalties should be greatly increased with several orders more funding for their enforcement. We must stamp out the deadly surge of marijuana addiction in the same way the Chinamen stamped out opium addiction in the 19th century.

Seems most likely a big distraction but proceeding with the prosecution of Hunter may be evidence of Biden losing favor with the Deep State. It may be their way of making it politically impossible for him to run in 2024 since it was reported he told Al Sharpton he fully intends to run.
