On January 20, the Vermont Supreme Court ruled unanimously that if a Vermont town wants to let non-citizens vote in local elections, the State Constitution does not prevent them from doing that. Here is the decision in Ferry v City of Montpelier, 22-AP-125. Thanks to Thomas Jones for the news.

  1. Why are they even here?? Got too many here already, seal the borders and send back the ones that got here since 1965!! And there kids and grandkids!!!

  2. No surprise, Richard Winger supports illegals voting. Does he support dead people voting too?

  3. It is interesting to note that the 14th and 15th Amendments to the US Constitution do not prohibit states from allowing non citizens to vote. They simply state that citizens may NOT be prohibited from voting.

  4. Maybe they should come home too?? Or maybe not be allowed to?? You think they should vote in foreign elections?? US elections?? Both?? Maybe neither!!
