  1. NOOO mention In the article about —

Brown v Bd of Ed 1954 — separate is NOT equal.

How many failures to do so since 1968 Willams v Rhodes ???

    hundreds / thousands ???

    for non-morons –
    each election is N-E-W.
    equal in 14-1 Amdt.
    individuals are nominated/elected– NOT *parties*.

  2. If I am not mistaken, past appeals to the unequal status of ballot access for minor parties based on equal protection arguments have been dismissed on he grounds of the “compelling state interest” of the state to prevent the official ballot from becoming “cluttered with nuisance candidates”

When I consider how uncluttered my own ballot is, and how many incumbents go unchallenged year after year, I must confess a yearning for a vastly more cluttered ballot.

  3. You people are, predictably, failing to stick to the subject. The subject is Xi Jinping and why he wants Trump arrested on Tuesday. Please stop going off subject!

  4. Are you nuts??? The incisive comment at 8:18 was made by a Patriot! Stock is a satanic commie traitor who hates our rightfully elected President Trump and loves Xi and his hand puppet Xi Biden!!! He would never in a million years make that comment!!!

  5. @WZ

Ballots in NY have party rows. Those kinds of ballots are very difficult to “clutter”, especially when the dominant parties are listed on the top rows. Other “compelling interests” of the State need to be stated.

  6. It was on truth social. Anyone planning protests and civil disobedience?
