Arizona Proposed Constitutional Amendment, Protecting Political Parties’ Ability to Nominate, Passes Legislature

On March 28, Arizona HCR 2033 passed the Senate, so it is now through the legislature. The vote was 16-13. Here is the text. It is a proposed constitutional amendment. The voters will vote on it in November 2024. It would provide that ballot-qualified parties have the right to place a nominee on the general election ballot.

  1. However there should not be any ballots, voters should physically stand up and be counted. Those who can’t stand up and remain standing for 2 or 3 hours would not come close to passing the many identity based, financial fitness, intellectual fitness and, yes, physical fitness requirements which would ensure that only elite White male heads of households could qualify to vote at all.

Furthermore, there should be no primaries, only general elections, and only at the precinct level. The voters would stand up by party. A poll tax, volunteer monetary contributions, and volunteers (time and in kind contributions) would finance the only office(rs) to be picked through election – peace officers, who would combine the duties of responding law enforcement officers in the field, judge, jury, and executioner. There would be no need for legislatures, lobbyists, lawyers, petitions, practitioners, outside the precinct resources of any kind for elections, initiatives, or any of that at all. Laws would simply fit on one page of regular font and page size and spacing. Peace officers would interpret how the law would apply to situations they encounter in the field.

That would be the only elected government. Elite voters standing by party. Winning party picks peace officers. Replaces them as it sees fit until precinct election one year later. The only other government of any kind would be a national defense military, functioning much as now, except generals and admirals would pick the commander in chief. Financed with a head tax, charged to everyone, unlike the poll tax which would only be charged to elite voters. Likewise supplemented with volunteers and voluntary contributions.

Many of the functions of government would be taken over by churches, extended family, neighbors helping neighbors, charities, civic associations of all sorts, and any that may rise to the level of elections would pick and administer their own methods for that, not being government entities.

  2. ABOLISH PARTIES GETTING BALLOT ACCESS.

INDIVIDUALS ARE NOMINATED AND ELECTED TO **** PUBLIC OFFICES *** —

NOT HACK EXTREMIST PARTIES AND ALL THE HACKS CONNECTED TO THEM —

PARTY CHAIRS / COMMITTEE MEMBERS, ETC ETC ETC

  3. Wrong, wrong, wrong!

    1. Abolish ballots. Stand up and be counted, show the precinct you’re a man. Stand up with the Noble Order of White Knights Party as in the Ku Klux Klan. Stand up with the Patriarchal Orthodox Christian Bills for Bullets Party. Etc, etc.

    2. Men (yes I said men, not women, children, animals, servants, or inanimate objects) should vote BY PARTY based on the party platform and which of their neighbors that they have known for their whole lives stand in which party corner. That is much better than voting for lying “individual” political HACKS who they almost invariably do not personally know, much less know well. And voting for them in secret like unaccountable cowards no less. To HELL with that nonsense. Stand up and be counted!! Vote for the party platform and your lifelong elite White male head of household neighbors whose family, like yours, has owned property in that precinct for generations, and who pass multiple identity based, mental, and physical fitness tests, like all voters!!!!

  4. Practitioners at 1008 hours should read petitioners. We have them at gunpoint, awaiting orders to shoot. Repeat, we have them at gunpoint. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Bang bang. You’re dead. Call the trash company. Report decomposing garbage. Bill the family. In Jesus name we pray. Amen and Hallelujah! Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition !!!

  5. ND = NEW DAWN

YES, YES, YES!!!! All hail the new DAWN!!! Exactly !!!!

  6. I am adding tariff revenue to the proposal above. It’s an important element of revenue, cultural and economic protection. Sorry for the earlier oversight. The proposal is under constant review and reconstruction, but not in a carpetbagger sense. That is in fact why I am here at this particular sight/site.

  10. So what you are really saying is that slow Eddie Brownstein got pegged by Donald Trump, and Bibi Q. Sock only wishes he was????

  11. Close. Medium speed Eddie Brownstain got pegged by a porn star. He saved his pennies for decades and could finally afford it. Bebe A. Skunk is not as disciplined with his piggy bank, so he has to take care of his own needs while ignoring customers at the front desk or being rude when he does emerge to bother to talk to them at all!!!!!!

  12. Dang. I feel sorry for both of those loser’s!!! But then again I don’t!!! Lol LoL lol 😂

  13. I am not, thankfully, Donald J Trump.

How does a third party get qualified in Arizona?

  14. You are thankfully not TRUMP. You just impersonate Him at BAN when actually talking about yourself and the things you are and do.

  15. With a petition signed by 1 and one-third percent of the last gubernatorial vote (1.33333%).
