On April 13, the Iowa House Ways & Means Committee passed HB 716 (formerly known as HSB 245). It says that presidential caucuses, which are run by political parties, cannot use mail ballots. All votes must be cast by people who are physically present. It also says no party can allow anyone to vote who has not been a registered member of that party for 70 days.
All Republicans on the committee voted for the bill, and all Democrats voted against it. The Iowa Democratic Party had not completely settled on what it wants to do, but it had been tentatively planning to allow mail ballots in its caucuses.
Why should the State of Iowa accord recognition to any political party, body, club, organization, or gang? If a group of citizens wish to assist a person such as Vermin Supreme or Joe Biden or any other candidate qualify for the general election ballot they can do so.

Jim Riley, why should the state of Iowa exist? It’s too small to be a national military defense zone (arguably, and I’m willing to have that argument if others want to have it) and clearly too big to be a precinct, which is the only place anyone except Admirals and Generals should vote in a political context.
A precinct must be small enough for all property owning, God fearing, gun toting White Male property owner stakeholders to know each other well. This means that when voting men gather in a voting hall on election evening they will personally know well the men who will stand in each party corner or section and their character and beliefs.
This allows a very simple vote by party with only one vote taken by a standing count of the manly White men standing up like men with the men they stand with from among their church, compatriots, friends, family, Klan, and Kinfolk. There would be only one vote taken in only one voting night and no multiprecinct election.
The winning party would pick and replace at will, for the next year, one and only office of precinct peace officers. This office of peace officer would combine duties of responding officers, judge, jury, and executioners. The carting company would cart the corpses of offending oathbreakers to be burned with the rest of the trash and help keep the precinct energy independent.
The written law would be simple and short, much shorter than your present constitution. It would be committed by all to memory, starting with the simplest laws for children, and entirely by the age of maturity. Men would swear an oath to the Law. Women, servants, children, animals, retards, land, crops, capital goods, etc, would be property to be ruled with an iron fist by their White Male head of household.
Property ownership and various tests of maturity, Christian faith, ownership and proficiency with various weapons, physical, intellectual, and financial fitness, and ancestral fealty to the precinct would form the basis of qualifying to vote. Voting rights would be required to be peace officers. A party would qualify to have a corner in the election hall on election night by having a precinct captain fly it’s banner between elections and shows up in person to stand and marshal his party’s forces on election night.
Laws would be interpreted on the spot by peace officers as situations arise. Poll taxes, volunteer deputies, part time neighborhood watchers, and voluntarily collected funds would fund peace officers.
The only other government needed would be national defense. Paid for by head tax. Difference is that poll tax would be only on voters, head tax on all. Both supplemented with volunteers and voluntarily donated and in kind contributions.
Punishment for the most notorious crimes would be torturous public execution for public entertainment. Most criminals would simply be killed without drama on the spot by peace officers. Where possible, the miscreants estate or heir would pay for the cost of peace officer response and method of execution.
Minor rulebreakers could be punished in lesser ways such as stockades, public humiliation, indentured servitude, whipping , corrective rape, etc. The point would be to make crime very rare , punishment swift and sure, and taxpayers not overly burdened.
Recent addition: other taxes on movement of people and goods to help pay for both. Higher taxes on further movement in terms of levels of govt and permanence. This would help fund both peace officers and national defense. So, someone immigrating to another country would pay the equivalent of millions of your current dollars or be executed as a notorious criminal; a wayward youth or servant seen walking suspiciously in the wrong neighborhood might get spanked by a neighborhood watch volunteer, and various levels in between.
Other functions of government would be privatized/voluntarized.

The peace officers can resolve questions of application, I suppose. As to criteria:
1. most people can distinguish a male from a female and a person of overwhelmingly pure European extraction from a muddy pud.
2. We will not be living in a psycho multigender mindbender or tranny tyranny.
3. Yank their pants down if need be.
4. Gender reassignment surgery would be a notorious crime
5. Race mixing would certainly be punished
6. Presumably birth certificates will still exist, although perhaps multiple companies would compete to provide the most accurate and unfalsifiable records, aided by the latest in modern technology
7. DNA testing and ancestry research and documentation are improving …
Between those things it shouldn’t be too difficult for peace officers to make the cut. But remember, we aren’t talking about strangers here. These will be men whose families have all owned property in that same precinct for generations, among other criteria. I don’t think there would be any serious question as to who is a White Man.

In a more pragmatic short term context, until demon rats can all be exterminated or converted or neutralized, it is important that the damage they do to our lives, liberty, property, heritage, etc be contained and minimized.

I shower every day, unlike many of my most vociferous critics. Whitaker is most relevant to me for his work before and during the Reagan administration, particularly in regards to the then USSR, which he played a major and vastly underappreciated role in hammering together and nailing the coffin of, for which those of us who lived there owe him and his legacy a debt of gratitude. Regarding leftists and other sinners I’ve made it clear I would much rather see them converted to the light of Christ, atone for sins, and go to heaven than to continue on the path to heell they are on. Failing conversion therapy, I’d rather see them neutralized than euthanized, and if they must be euthanized all things being equal I’d rather they be put out of our misery humanely than tortured on earth before eternal torment in hell. However, my primary concern is not for them but rather for innocent victims, those they harm or seek to corrupt, and the taxpayers left to pay for their mess and mopping it up, as well as the front line heroes tasked with so doing.
