On December 7, John Anthony Castro dismissed his anti-Trump Massachusetts ballot access case. Castro v Galvin, 1:23cv-12121. He had already lost in the First Circuit in his New Hampshire case, and Massachusetts is also in the First Circuit, so the Castro Massachusetts case clearly could not have succeeded.
Also on December 7, he dismissed his Montana case, Castro v Jacobsen, 6:23cv-62.
Castro is a communist. Deport him to Cuba.

It appears he also recently non-suited his actions in Colorado, Delaware, and Kansas.
The only ones remaining, if I’m reading correctly, are the ones he’s not permitted to unilaterally drop since the defendants have already filed motions for summary judgment.
Now that even Democrats are filing amicus briefs against him, I’m guessing Castro may have finally woken up to the fact these cases are just serving to make a fool out of him?
Actually, I take back what I said previously as to why he’s suddenly dropping all his cases.
