The New Mexico Secretary of State has determined that Christopher Vanden Heuvel, the only Republican running for U.S. Senate, did not submit enough valid signatures for primary ballot access. He needed 2,351 signatures. The primary is June 2. UPDATE: New Mexico does not permit write-ins in primaries for U.S. Senate.
Richard Winger is missing a huge story!

Why, I wonder?
Saying this as a Green Party member who has his own grievances against the Democratic Party, but the FBI, like much of the current Federal government, has been turned into a weapon for Donald Trump’s personal use. I’d be more apt to believe the claims if an independent non-partisan election observer said they had found irregularities.
Back to the topic of the original post, that Republican couldn’t manage 2300 signatures??? He had it lucky compared to minor parties and independents in states like NY and IL.
The FBI is finding great evidence of the stolen 2020 election. Looking at the specifics is especially helpful.
Purging some of the derp state bias makes the FBI more credible, not less.
Joshua H. is known troll Robert K Stock.
New York and Illinois have a lot more people than New Mexico. But he should have still had no problem with that low of a number.
Forever Trump, I want to have forever Trump
Do you really want Trump as President forever?
Forever, and ever
Forever Trump, I want to have forever Trump
Do you really want Trump forever? Forever Trump!
Qualified parties should have the option of making nominations by convention directly to their primary ballots.
Or not having primary ballots.
Did Joshua Hellman look at the specific irregularities the FBI found, or even read the article?
I’m betting against it.
HOW MANY STATES HAVE A BALLOTS LIST – NUMBERED / CHECK OFF ???

The AZ-666 needs to stop changing the subject and answer Ifo’s questions! The questions, spambot, the questions!
NM MESS-
ANOTHER REASON TO HAVE ONE VOTER NOM PET / BALLOT QUESTION FORMS.
FORMS — INTERNET / NEWSPAPERS / MAGAZINES / JUNK MAIL / ETC
No, it’s not. The one voter forms are wasteful and only increase fraud while making signatures harder to collect for no reason.
Distribution by any means other than people in other people’s faces asking them to sign has such a low rate of return that campaigns almost universally have to resort to hiring expensive, huge pain in the ass, not nearly always reliable in terms of production, honesty, or much less public relations, hobos with clipboards to collect the bulk of their signatures.
It’s not because anyone wants to deal with them or spend all that money. It’s because campaigns keep trying to do it in other ways, including the AZ SPAMBOT’S constantly spammed suggestion, and it keeps not working.
No matter how many times this is explained, the spambot keeps spamming the same dumb ideas. It probably just wants to kill as many trees as possible so as to help wipe out carbon based life on earth.
I agree with Ofi. It needs to stop changing the subject and answer ifo’s QUESTIONS.
@AZ, Helpful Guy,
Candidacy should only require a small handling fee (perhaps $15). If more than ten candidates apply for an office, there would be a two week period when supporters go to the courthouse and register their support for the candidate. Top Ten qualify.
I like the Max / Stan plan without candidates, but what does that have to do with the “one signature per page” foolishness?
