New Jersey Newspaper Story on Court Fight Over Out-of-State Petitioners

The New Jersey Globe has this story about the status of the lawsuit to remove Libertarian Lana Leguia from the ballot, on the grounds that she used out-of-state petitioners.  The New Jersey ban on out-of-state petitioners had been struck down in 2021, but that was the law on primary petitions.

The case is New Jersey Republican State Committee v Leguia, STE-09209-26.
