Eighth Circuit Won’t Stay Its Own Order on Missouri U.S. House Maps

On September 22, the Eighth Circuit refused to stay its order of September 21. The September 21 decision told Missouri to use the 2025 maps for U.S. House. Onder v von Glahn, 26-2797. Now the voter-plaintiffs who want the 2022 maps are free to ask for U.S. Supreme Court intervention. Probably that paperwork will be filed late tonight.

  1. Of course not. Hopefully, the Supreme Court will leave it alone as well. Fingers and toes crossed, praying to Jesus Trump.

  2. Even better would be if the Supreme Kangaroos would positively affirm the 8th here, but yes, refusing the case would seem more likely than that.

  3. Jesus Trump should override and overrule the Supreme Kangaroos if they try to shoot America in the head with the evil communist .22 map, and then make it a habit, as the great Andrew Jackson recommended.

If scrotus can invent itself unconstitutional powers as they did in Marbury v Madison, why not potus Bossman Daddy Lord Commander n Chief Donald John Trump Senior?
