That thing that never happens somehow continues to happen.
This time, we’re going to Alabama – of all places – where two foreign nationals who have lawful permanent residence in the United States were nabbed for illegally casting votes in federal elections.
These two were legally in the country thanks to the courtesy of the United States, but weren’t able to follow our laws.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Alabama, Staciann Pollion Davis, 42, a Jamaican national and lawful permanent resident, was charged with voting as an alien for allegedly voting in the November 2024 general election in Clarke County.
Similarly, a Peruvian national, Silvia Delgado Phelps, 78, another lawful permanent resident, was charged with voting in multiple elections in Baldwin County, despite not being a United States citizen.
The pair face up to a year in jail for violating national voting laws.
Even in a state like Alabama, with strict voter ID requirements, people are still finding ways to cast illegal ballots.
Now imagine the states with no voter ID.
The integrity of our elections is fundamental to the public’s trust in our democratic process,’ said FBI Mobile special agent in charge Christopher R. Flowers. ‘The FBI is committed to investigating allegations of election-related crimes, following the evidence wherever it leads, and working alongside our law enforcement partners to ensure those who violate federal law are held accountable.’
Glad to see the FBI doing at least the bare minimum to ensure our elections are secure from foreign influence.

A month ago, DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin confirmed that Ilhan Omar indeed married her brother in an attempt to commit immigration fraud. Shortly thereafter, Border Czar Tom Homan confirmed an investigation was underway.
Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar’s home was raided early Monday morning by the Department of Homeland Security as part of ongoing criminal fraud investigation into the Somali-born congresswoman’s immigration paperwork.
‘Today in the Washington, D.C. area, Homeland Security Investigations executed a judicially authorized search warrant secured by the Department of Justice,’ a DOJ spokesperson told Fox News Digital.
‘This enforcement action is part of an ongoing federal investigation,’ the spokesperson added.
Remember, Democrats: “No one is above the law!”
Looking forward to Ilhan Omar being deported home to Somalia where she belongs. The other Somalis can go home too, particularly in Minnesota where they have taken over to the extent they have changed the state flag to a Somali tribal flag, and everywhere else.
