PHOENIX (AP) — The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to toss out $122,000 in legal costs that lawyers for former Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake were ordered to pay for false and misleading statements they made in a lawsuit that sought to require a hand-count of all ballots in the 2022 midterm elections.

FEWER ROTTED FAKE ELECTION CASES ??? — ESP IN AZ LAND ???
The AZ spambot already knows tv rating measures are meaningless these days. It just chooses not to know it.
It also knows ass of CIA Ted’s Piss is fake news and propaganda. It just chooses not to know it.
Most people don’t watch t.v. in the traditional sense anymore. If they do, they might be flipping channels or have multiple tv’s often on different channels in the background, like say at a bar.
People watch streaming on many different kinds of devices. Some people watch whole shows, but many more people watch short clips and outtakes that are spread by people who find them interesting, sometimes adding their own comments and sometimes not.
LOL
You know the AZ Spambot is nothing but fake news and nonsense.
Satellite radio has audio from some tv channels available which people might listen to in their cars, at work, etc.
YouTube and other tube sites have both full video and outtakes. So do the built in tube features of social nutworks like f***book and X.
Measuring ratings in today’s media environment is a total scam. Some companies still do it, because other companies still pay them for it, because there’s no better way yet to know how effectively ad money is spent and out of inertia.
The companies on the financially outgoing end of those transactions are getting ripped off. The companies selling them junk data are scamming, know it, and don’t care.
Does anyone watch these debates? I don’t know one person who does, not even political junkies. I know w lot of people. And none of them watch this particular kind of shlock.
Lots of people readily admit to watching everything from church services they were too lazy to get dressed for, to extreme pornography, to retarded tik tok crap, and lots of other things of all sorts, but not this junk

Kudos to Arkansas TV for including Libertarian candidate Colt Shelby.
It’s PBS. Commies.
Fake news USSR YESTERDAY propaganda and an unintelligible rant on an unrelated matter from a foreign spambot, state run media, and juche lemonpartytarian George Whitfield reflexive knee jerk congratulations to communist state run media for including a candidate who is extremely unlikely to make a difference in, and far less likely still to even come close to winning, this particular election, in a debate hardly anyone will watch.
It seems, at the very least, highly unlikely Mr. Whitfield will watch it either, given there’s very little likelihood that he is an Arkansas voter.
In the unlikely case I’m wrong, “congratulations” to him for having the time and incredibly impressive level of dedication to, in addition to making (at least) hundreds of these knee jerk reflex congratulations or disapproval comments per week in various obscure outlets few voters of any such jurisdiction have ever heard of…
To slog through the many hours of boring exchanges, in many locations he does not live or vote in, just because the ultra long shot candidates of his well past its expiration date minor party are included for various stupid or utopian reasons, of:
phony promises, lies, insults, dumb questions, dishonest answers, unrealistic proposals, very theoretical ideas they will never come close to being in a position to implement, etc…
… among those people who don’t have something better to do than run for political office*
(*mid level, more organized than most crime syndicate positions with actual or more often theoretical input into the selection of which confidence scam suckers are frequently conned into believing that they have, or possibly could have)
…along with the equally divorced from reality beliefs that any of those running can be reasonably expected to competently manage those jobs if they win, that anyone voting could possibly competently judge the candidates, that any of those candidates have any chance of winning as well as any clue at all as to what the jobs they are running for actually entail and what is and isn’t actually plausible or likely to happen during their term in office in addition to a real chance of winning nthat they might have any actual control over if they do win, that any such people if they exist are unusually honest in public, that the votes are counted in anything like an honest way, that the majority of fellow voters are not delusional and/or idiotic about such matters, and other such knee slippers).
That very few actual voters of any of those jurisdictions themselves have any interest in slogging through.
That’s a level of dedication to useless, unpaid political work that even the most hard working volunteers for North Korea’s ruling Workers Party could only aspire to and never come close to actually achieving.
Does the lemon party give out ribbons or awards or some other kind of useless prize for such misplaced dedication to boring and useless busywork on its behalf?
