In terms of the ratio of seats to votes, the gerrymander bias was very small, about 1 point (I quick did the calculation for the state Senate, I didn’t do the calculation for the state House). In contrast, in 2011, when the Dems cut the state Senate lines and the Reps the lower house lines, the gerrymander bias was about 7 points.
