Briefs Filed in U.S. Supreme Court in Missouri Redistricting Case

On Labor Day, September 7, opponents of the Missouri 2025 gerrymander filed this brief in the U.S. Supreme Court.

On September 8, Missouri filed this response brief. This brief, like the state’s earlier brief, continues to denigrate Missouri’s referendum procedure. Aaain, we are told that a referendum petition only takes 3.3% of the number of registered voters, something the state mentioned nine times in its first brief.
