On September 22, the Eighth Circuit refused to stay its order of September 21. The September 21 decision told Missouri to use the 2025 maps for U.S. House. Onder v von Glahn, 26-2797. Now the voter-plaintiffs who want the 2022 maps are free to ask for U.S. Supreme Court intervention. Probably that paperwork will be filed late tonight.
