The New York Libertarian-Green Party request for a rehearing in the ballot access case is still pending. It was filed November 2. The case attacks the 2020 ballot access changes, tripling the statewide petition and toughening the definition of a qualified party.
Some relief ought to be granted here. The new requirement is insanely difficult.

You’re also showing your complete lack of understanding of political ideologies, so your just making yourself out to be an obnoxious idiot. Democrats are not communists, they’re Social Democrats. Social democracy is an ideology that favors a mixed-economy of capitalism and socialism. It’s effectively the collective controlling the ways of production (ie the collective telling companies and businesses how they can and can’t make their product, how to hire and fire, and other requirements). Full socialism adds the element of the collective also owning the means of production, in addition to the controlling of the ways of production.
I personally prefer full free-markets where market pressures influence businesses to engage in certain business practices without any direct collective control; aka capitalism. But suggesting the Democratic Party is communist shows your complete inability to function like a logically thinking human being who would actually look up words before they try hurling them as insults.
Free markets by using the peoples resources, ie: precious metals, rare earth elements, not compensate the collective for pillaging our resources, and then selling us a product, from illbegotten gains. Yes free market all the way so the rich can continue to get richer of the backs of the rest of us!! 🤦♂️ Better to have controls and regulations which tax the companies for every value added to OUR resources. The earth belongs to all of us, not just the ultra traitor right!!

If you say so… I guess the businesses that expend millions of dollars purchasing equipment, doing research and development, working the land, refining materials, and creating a sellable product from it don’t deserve compensation for their efforts? The earth belongs to no one, people own portions of it solely for resource extraction, production, and dwelling (even in collective ownership there are still owners namely the rich political elite and the well connected… so you still haven’t solved the problem of the wealthy owning the resources.).

Nothing you say even matters. The only thing that matters and the only problem worth solving is making sure the republican traitors don’t get their way with OUR country! They gave up any right to hold any office and if it means throwing the baby out with the bath water, then so be it, let america go communist or socialist, much much better systems anyway, and then we can decide how the economy progresses forward, but until the traitor republicans are stopped, nothing else matters

While this is probably true on the federal level, given that federal corporation taxes are on net income, this is not entirely true on the state level. Some states have minimum taxes, franchise taxes, or gross receipt taxes that have to be paid, whether or not the company has positive net income. When it happens that a company has to pay a tax, even tho its running a loss, then the tax cannot be shifted to the consumers, but has to be paid by the investors.

More than one person can own something. Married couples typically co-own houses. The members of a condominium association own a condominium complex. Groups of investors can own a business. Etc…
